Carrot curry

Ingredients:

  • Carrot3 peeled sliced carrots

  • Carrot1 table spoon of turmeric powder

 

 

 

  • Carrot1 table spoon of chili powder

 

 

 

  • CarrotSeveral curry leaves

 

 

 

  • Carrot1 sliced Onion

 

 

 

  • CarrotSalt: according to taste

 

 

 

Cooking:

Step 1

Get a saucepan and keep it under medium flame.

Step 2

Pour coconut oil to the pan.

Step 3

Once it got heated add carrots and onions to it.

Step 4

When carrots become tender, add turmeric powder.

Step 5

Add chili powder to the pan and stir them thoroughly.

Step 6

After that put curry leaves and keep for several minutes.

Step 7

Finally add salt and stir it well.

Step 8

Keep as it is for several minutes.

Your Carrot curry is ready!!!
