- 3 peeled sliced carrots
- 1 cup of coconut milk or fresh milk: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coconut
- 1 table spoon of turmeric powder
- 1 table spoon of chili powder
- Several curry leaves
- 1 sliced Onion
- Salt: according to taste
Get a saucepan and keep it under medium flame.
Pour coconut oil to the pan.
Once it got heated add carrots and onions to it.
When carrots become tender, add turmeric powder.
Add chili powder to the pan and stir them thoroughly.
After that put curry leaves and keep for several minutes.
Finally add salt and stir it well.
Keep as it is for several minutes.
Your Carrot curry is ready!!!
