- Rice – 1/2 Cup
- Curd – 1 1/2 Cups
- Fresh milk – 1/8 Cups (Optional)
- Salt – according to taste
- Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- Chopped garlic – 1/2 tea spoon
- Sliced dried chilli – 1
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tea spoon
- Mustard seeds – 1/2 tea spoon
- Sliced Coriander leaves
Wash the rice well and add 1 1/2 water cups. Then add the salt and cook the rice. After that chop the rice lightly and keep aside for about 30 minutes.
After that add the curd. If you use fresh milk, add it as well. Then get a seperate pan and keep it under low flame and add the oil. Once oil got heated, add Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds. After few minutes add Curry leaves, Chopped garlic and Sliced dried chilli and fry them.
Finally add the fried mixture to the Curd mixed rice and garnish with Coriander leaves. Now enjoy it!!!
