Fried mango curry

Ingredients

  • Slightly ripe Mango – 2

 

 

 

  • Ground chili – table spoon 2

 

 

 

  • Sugar table spoon – ½

 

 

 

  • Ensal – 5

 

 

 

  • Cloves – 2

 

 

 

  • Small pieces of cinnamon

 

 

 

  • Peanut – 50g

 

 

 

  • Pandan leaf

 

 

 

  • Curry leaves

 

 

 

  • Salt(according to the taste)

 

 

 

  • Red onions – 100g

 

 

 

  • Oil to fry

Cooking

Step 1

Peel off the mango and slightly cut pieces

Cut slightly onions

Step 2

Now deep fry slightly chopped mango pieces, onions and peanuts separately

Step3

Get another pan heat the oil and put pandan leaf, curry leaves, chopped enasal, chopped cloves and cinnamon and fry well

After fried above ingredients , add sugar, chili pieces and salt to the same pan

Step 4

Now mix fried mango, peanut, onions to the previous mixture(step 3)
