- Barley seeds – 1 cup
- Water – 6 cups
- Salt – according to taste
- Sugar – according to taste
Wash barley seeds and keep them in water for about 1 hour.
Then keep a pan on the cooker under mid-flame. Add the barley seeds with water to that pan. Keep until water gets boil. Barley seeds should become soft. You can check that by time to time by getting barley seeds to a spoon.
Finally add salt and pepper according to your taste. That’s it!! Yes, a quick and nutritious drink.
